H&L Flower Walls ("we," "us," "our") rents flower walls, flower arches, and photo booths across Tampa Bay, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. When you submit an availability or inquiry form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your event date, event type, and event location
- Any message or add-on selections you choose to include
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
- To check availability for your date and respond to your rental request
- To send you a quote and answer questions about your event
- To follow up by email, phone, or text about the rental you asked about
- To keep our own records of bookings and inquiries
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
Your form submission is delivered to us through automation and customer-management tools that store the information on our behalf, and our site is hosted by Netlify. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us.
Advertising and conversion measurement
We advertise through Google Ads. When you successfully submit a form, our confirmation page reports that a lead was received so we can measure which ads work. As part of Google's enhanced conversions feature, the email address and phone number you provided may be used for this measurement. That data is irreversibly hashed in your browser before it is sent — Google receives a scrambled value, never your plain email address or phone number, and it is used only to match your submission to an ad interaction.
Conversion measurement runs only on our confirmation page, and only after a form is successfully submitted. No advertising or analytics tags run on any other page of this site.
You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com, and manage cookies through your browser settings.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own for tracking. Our confirmation page briefly stores your submission reference in your browser's session storage so a single inquiry is not counted twice; it is cleared when you close the tab. Google's advertising tag may set cookies on that confirmation page as described above.
Text messages
By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your rental inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us and we'll remove you. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hlflowerwalls@gmail.com or call (813) 705-3771 and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging event rentals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above.
